The Schedule

After five years in our retail setting, we've relocated to a more "appropriate" gym location. We're off the beaten path, we've killed the fluff and frills that work more for a Spa than for a gym, and we're back to basics. Now we can get loud, we can get outside, and we can do what we want without fear of upsetting our neighbors.


With our new location comes a new schedule. Personal and Small Group training are always available by appointment. Give us a call or send an email to schedule a time.


Group classes are now held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30PM and on Saturday at 8:30AM. If you're new to our program, please call or email before coming to your first class. We'll schedule a time to introduce you to what we do, evaluate your movement patterns and fitness level, and get to know you better. Please don't skip this! If you show up for your first class without meeting with us, you're going to feel like you've been thrown into Chaotic Fitness Hell! Our programs are simple, effective, and efficient, but this is not a boot camp or faux fitness class that one simply "jumps into." You've been warned.
